The Orchid Zoom app enables you to create and join Zoom meetings with your clients from within the Orchid app.
Certain Zoom accounts require approval from the Zoom Admin before Zoom Marketplace apps become accessible to all users on the account.
Check if your Zoom account requires Zoom app pre-approval by your Zoom Admin. If approval is necessary, request your Admin's approval for the Orchid app through the Zoom App Marketplace.
When scheduling a session in the Orchid calendar, select "Zoom" under Session Details. When you create the session, a Zoom meeting link will be attached to the session's calendar event.
When you are ready to join your session, open the calendar event for the session and click the Zoom link to join your video session.
Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed and click Remove.
