My goal is to help women feel seen, understood, and less alone in their journey. I also work with couples navigating these experiences, helping them strengthen communication and connection through difficult times. My approach is psychodynamic and attachment-based, exploring how past experiences shape your current relationships and patterns. I integrate holistic mind-body techniques to promote full-body healing and help you feel more grounded and empowered in yourself.
