My name is Dr. Jeong-Eun Suh 서정은 (she/her) and I am a licensed psychologist in California (PSY34530) and a Postdoctoral Leadership Fellow in AAPA. I received my B.A. in English Language and Literature (Summa Cum Laude) and M.A. in Educational Counseling from Seoul National University, Korea, and received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (honor of distinction) from Loyola University Chicago. I completed my doctoral psychology internship at Stanford University CAPS and a postdoctoral fellowship at Santa Clara University.
I have worked with diverse emerging adults in five different university counseling centers, both in Korea and the US. In addition, as an immigrant mother of a 7-year-old child, I have been deeply immersed in the joy and sorrow of immigrant families. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC communities, especially LGBTQ+, immigrant parents, and first-gen and international students.
