I am a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania with specializations in addiction and trauma. I have been working in the field since 2012 following my graduation from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Throughout my career I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and addictions.
My therapeutic approach combines a number of cognitive based approaches with a humanistic, person-centered perspective. Specifically, I combine elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I believe in a dynamic, flexible approach where I can work collaboratively with my clients.
The process of starting therapy can be a difficult one, but by being here you are taking the first step of the process. I look forward to working with you and helping you on this journey.
