Dr. Ina Kamenova, PhD, LCMHC
I offer EMDR Intensives and Sleep Regulation Intensives for clients seeking focused, time-efficient support for trauma, anxiety, or insomnia. These short-term formats allow for deeper work in fewer sessions. I see clients via telehealth in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Florida. Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more.
In ongoing therapy, I work with adults managing chronic stress, caregiving demands, life transitions, identity concerns, grief, and persistent sleep difficulties. Treatment is tailored and may include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT for Insomnia, mindfulness, and trauma-informed yoga.
I hold a BA from Brown University, an MA in Counseling Psychology, and a PhD in Applied Psychology and Prevention Science. My clinical work is also informed by past research and teaching experience in hospital, academic, and community settings.
