In ongoing therapy, I work with adults managing chronic stress, caregiving demands, life transitions, identity concerns, grief, and persistent sleep difficulties. Treatment is tailored and may include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT for Insomnia, mindfulness, and trauma-informed yoga.
I hold a BA from Brown University, an MA in Counseling Psychology, and a PhD in Applied Psychology and Prevention Science. My clinical work is also informed by past research and teaching experience in hospital, academic, and community settings.
