Chelsea is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania, working to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Chelsea has spent the last three years working in the substance abuse field, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Chelsea has provided therapy for those struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, unresolved grief/loss, life transitions, relationships, communication, low self-esteem, and anger management.
Chelsea's education and training supports the use of models which include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, and Narrative therapy.
