I have extensive training in Trauma-Focused Behavioral therapy, and I am certified in Cognitive Processing therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy through the Beck Initiative. I teach and help other therapists become certified in CBT using and passing the CTRS in a monthly consultation group. I specialize in treating various presentations of trauma and providing trainings in understanding trauma and suicide prevention. I also help clinicians think outside of the box with their interventions by incorporating the creative arts in their CBT sessions. I provide LPC supervision. I currently facilitate a practicum seminar class helping students grow their clinical skills at the University of Pennsylvania in the Graduate School of Education. I provide a suicide prevention workshop for the summer counseling executive program at the University of Pennsylvania. I also work with interns from various schools as part of my role of Clinical Supervisor at the Wedge to help mold future professional counselors.
