In my therapeutic practice, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy with holistic practices such as mindfulness, meditation, reiki, and elements of hip-hop culture. My goal is to offer a culturally affirming and empowering approach that helps clients develop their own paths to healing. I work with a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, generational trauma, grief, and identity development. My therapeutic work is centered on fostering self-awareness, accountability, and acceptance within a supportive and sacred environment.
